The Crusaders are on the hunt to find supernatural things and events that are happening around the world. It just so happens that James and Mrs.Storm, have history with a vacant hospital the locals call, Killer Region. What is the history of this building? Based on the folklore of the townspeople, Killer Region has a history of twisted doctors who would sell fresh human organs to the black market. Things are not what they appear to be.
