Chapter One – “The Text”
A quiet night is shattered by a random text message from an unknown number. Drawn by curiosity, our protagonist — a lonely young man drifting through life — replies, sparking an unexpected connection with a girl who seems too perfect to be real. As their conversations deepen, so does his obsession, until one surreal morning… she vanishes. Not ghosted — erased. No trace of her number, their chats, or even her memory in the minds of others. The city begins to twist, memories blur, and time fractures. Has he lost his mind — or did he lose something no one

The fallout from her confession shatters him.
Color drains from the world as he wanders the city, replaying every moment and wondering why she led him on. Haunted by her face in passing strangers and fleeting reflections, he wrestles with the question: was it ever real, or just a cruel dream?
Through abstract, fragmented panels, his nights grow longer, memories twist, and the streets become a stage for ghosts of what could have been.
But just as he’s sinking deeper into the gray, there’s a knock at his door.
When he opens it, the color floods back in… and she’s standing there with the words:
“We need to talk.”
To be continued.
