In a world where people with intense regret turn into ghosts after death, it is the Ghost Reporter's job to interview these ghosts and write a report determining whether they need guidance in the afterlife. The series follows Cindy Monet, an angel who is reborn as a human after committing a crime. As punishment, she must take on the role of Ghost Reporter.
