Genetic and cybernetic enhancements, although banned after the Scourge, have created hybrid beings, often considered subhuman.
Ideologies, religions and the thirst for profit are the pretext for incessant wars.
It's in this universe that a noy so clever smuggler finds himself at the heart of events that could change the future of all humankind.
