Months later, when a crop of marijuana is grown on the spot where Grant died, his spirit is tied to this haunted hashish. Now, when anyone smokes it they get possessed by his ghost and he uses their body to continue his kill-crazy rampage...all while being really, really baked.

Now, Terrence Vigil is tasked with leading the newly reformed IPC while the strange is exponentially occurring in Ghostwood. Something is going on. Will Vigil and his team be up to the task?
