Claymore

The story takes place on a fictional medieval island plagued by Yoma, shapeshifting monsters that live disguised among humans and feed on their flesh. To combat this threat, a mysterious group known simply as The Organization breeds human-Yoma hybrid warriors.These genetically altered female warriors possess silver eyes, wield massive greatswords, and are publicly referred to as "Claymores" or "Silver-eyed Witches". While they possess superhuman strength and speed, they constantly risk overusing their demonic energy (Yoki) and permanently losing their humanity to transform into monsters themselves.The narrative follows Clare, the lowest-ranked warrior within the Organization. Unlike the others, Clare volunteered for the transformation out of a deep desire for vengeance against a uniquely powerful rogue threat named Priscilla.
