Arcane drift

A rip opens between the nightmare realm and the human real, causing faul creatures called 'shadows' to emerge from within causing mass havoc. But with it, humans started harvesting the energy coming from the rips, implementing it I different ways, helping to at least... survive, to say the most. But after some time...
