Survivors of The Shadow’s reign of terror tell harrowing stories of their escapes—trapped in dark woods, isolated homes, or desolate backroads. Each recounts the terror of being hunted, outsmarted, and nearly killed. Yet, the survivors’ descriptions of their tormentor remain inconsistent. Some insist The Shadow was a man with piercing eyes; others claim they saw a woman with a haunting presence. Some even believe it was neither, as the killer seemed to transcend mortality, surviving gunshots, drownings, and brutal beatings. As the stories unfold, investigators and survivors alike grapple with unsettling truths. Was The Shadow a single person, a supernatural force, or something beyond explanation? With the past still lingering in the shadows, those who escaped must confront the lingering fear that The Shadow is still out there, waiting to strike again.

What lurks at 3:13am each night? For a simpleton named Steve each night terrorizing images are in his imagination. But one night those images become a reality. Follow Steve as he chases down the cause of these images.

The protagonist is feeling kind of strange lately. This comic is about mental health spiced with a bit of friendship, horror and action. The idea for the theme came in my internship at the psychiatry as an art therapist. I didn't know what I would exactly do with it, but when the 24 Hour Comic Day came in early november, it just clicked. My group chose "my life" as the theme and even tho I prepared to do something funny, the idea of Haunted. came pretty quick. I think it works out really great and captures the feeling of paranoia and delusion pretty good. Tell me what you think of it!
