This comic series tells the backstory of the group of misfits called Silver Tears before they became united as one.
The first release is about the Captain of the silver tears Holeman 'Silver Eye' Godfrey.
"To Be" is a story that follows an inventor who claims he is the most intelligent person to ever live. His bold remark causes him to be questioned "what is the meaning of existence?" Afterwards, he devotes himself trying to solve the question.
