Fawkes; an agent of the hero firm 'Synthesis', has become pretty bad a her job and is forced to mentor Hima; a cryokinetic newcomer. The two are put on a case that results in them pursuing rogue heroes to protect their city, but can they keep the peace long enough to succeed?
