Mac Kenji is a freelance secret agent, and he and his sidekick Pat must team up with professional hacker Keely to track down a rogue agent who is stealing components to build a lethal device that can be used by any computer, and gain access to an intelligence sharing network that he is willing to sell to the highest bidder.

It's a 9-page comic for Halloween. It's based on a true story set in January 1897; there's a brief article on the BBC website.
