I think starting to make a comic has actually helped improve my art faster than any other art practice. I’m already dissatisfied with the first few panels which I drew back in January so I started making redos. Seeing rapid improvement within the past three months is encouraging me to keep making more! I’ll announce when the updated version of chapter 1 is out :D
