I was born in the West Side of Chicago in 1998 and grew up as a Black kid in the 2000s to 2010s. My comics take inspiration from Saturday Morning shows, video games, superheroes, battle anime and manga, adult cartoons, anti-sitcoms, street/bro culture, hood films and hip-hop/rock music. To me, they're some of the coolest things to put in storytelling that any kid at heart would draw from.
