Mark C. Dooley is the creator of THE ACTUAL, SEMI-TRUE ADVENTURES OF MARK AND DEE comic book and its companion online comic strip MARK AND DEE: GENESIS OF A FANBOY. Raised in Columbus, Indiana, his childhood spanned the Batmania era where he went from being the most bullied kid to the most popular one at Lincoln Elementary.
