Sully 'The Flying Prince' Princeton is a wrestler who must return home after his father passes away. Old memories come back to haunt him. His neighbour, Elijah witnesses the police murder a transgender woman. The town is seething and now in a constant state of fear.

Mutated by toxic chemicles, EEL now finds himself living in the sewer and watching Antiques Roadshow. He soons finds out the evil organization META-CID is behind all the toxic dumping.
