Most Popular of 2021: Slice of Life

Kevin Featured Comics • Dec 22, 2021

As we continue through our Most Popular of 2021 series, we wanted to shift the focus to the Slice of Life genre for today's feature. This genre can service a variety of themes, from joyful or serious, to pragmatic or experimentation. What unifies the stories is that they are all grounded in the reality of everyday life.

Not every comic needs a superhero, a zombie outbreak or an alien invasion to make a compelling story, and the 12 titles featured today exemplify that.

If you enjoy any of these titles, consider subscribing to GlobalComix Gold and giving the entire series a read. You have full control over who gets the share of your subscription, based on the comics you read. You can get one year for $49.99, a month for $5.99 or gift a year to a friend for $49.99. These promotional prices will be active until January 3rd, 2022 at 3:00AM EST.

Now let's get to the stories. In order of popularity, here are 2021's most popular Slice of Life comics.
