Missing notifications for new comments on comic releases

There are no notification for receiving new comment on a release.

1. Create a Comic.
2. Add a Release to the Comic.
3. Have another user post a comment on the release.
4. Notice that the owner of the comic will not receive a notification about the new posted comment on his release.

Also, I don't know if the "Enable alerts"...

Comic "release" number does not decrease after deleting a webcomic release

After deleting a webcomci "release' the release count did not decrease.

1. Have a creator profile
2. Create a new Comic
3. Add a release or two to the comic
4. Enter the webcomic management section ( https://globalcomix.com/a/twl/admin/manage-comics/ ) and note the number
5. Delete one of the webcomic release
6. Look again...
