i havn't really heard of paper girls so i'll comment what i can without prior knowledge to it
i like the premise and find it interesting, feels a bit like planet of the apes in some way. the backgrounds and overall atmosphere are also very well made and fit the story perfectly
the one gripe i do have could be the face expressions on the human girl, they feel a bit weak and could probably be amped up a bit.
