I've also posted about this in Help & Support because it's an urgent issue for me, and I'm sure it's not supposed to be happening;

Step 1) Open private link to comic on a mobile device - this applies to Android, iPhone and iPad as all have had this issue so far. 
Step 2) Panel view masks appear to be at a horribly low resolution and are blurry with huge stepped pixel edges along diagonals and around custom shapes.

That's it. This issue is crippling my workflow and stopping my boss from being able to review my private release previews effectively; he says this is unacceptable if there's any chance it's what our readers will see. I know it shouldn't display like this and when I'm editing and previewing it all displays fine on desktop and I had seen it looking as intended on mobile too. But this is a really bad problem and a dealbreaker for us if it continues.
I can provide screenshots privately if needed, but I'm not permitted to share images of the unreleased material here.

UPDATE: The mask pixelation issue had since spread to desktop the last time I saw the panel views on my private links. Now none of my private links seem to be working; they're stuck loading on a largely blank page with the load icon spinning. This is on both desktop and mobile, and as the problems started appearing and esculating since yesterday I can only assume there's something going wrong on GlobalComix's end?

UPDATE 2: The private links seem to be working again now. However, the low-res, pixelly panel masking issue is worse than ever as it is even affecting all the previews I open to check things while editing. So it's not just the private links anymore, it's everywhere I can view my comic's panel to panel view.

Hi, I'm working on a multi episode comic that's to be released in small parts and it's not published yet so all my releases are currently drafts. I'm using private links to share with my boss for review and sometimes the links appear broken (bringing up the We Bare Bears try again later page), especially on mobile. But when they do work, the panel by panel view masks are displaying at a low res with giant stepped blurry pixel edges. My boss is complaining that this is unacceptable and we won't be able to use GC if we can't see how the comic should actually look to its viewers. 
It's strange because when I was previewing panel mode on mobile yesterday it looked fine as intended and only the boss was getting the pixelly issue but now we're both seeing it on panel view on mobile. It's really bad.
