Forgot password
I forgot my password and need to log on through another device.
All the option does is send me an email confirming that I need to reset my password.....then it takes me to my log in page to enter in my password through my phone.
I am logged in on my laptop.....and the password reset authentication requires me to know my old password in order to create a new one. How can I change my password to a new one if I dont know my previous password?????
