From a secret lair in the great white north come the spiffiest comics East Canada can produce. Take some old-school Saturday morning excitement, sprinkle it with the multi-layered characterization of today, add some afterburners and turbochargers, and enjoy! We hope to see you here!
Re: Introduce Your Comic and You! (Old Thread)
Hi! I'm Coydog a/k/a Amber Chrome and 3Machines is my book! I learned about your site on Reddit and decided I'd give it a try. Coydog Press is my label
3Machines is here https://globalcomix.com/c/3machines-book-1?lang=en
The best tag line I could come up with is this: "Those Saturday morning vibes are back - with afterburners, turbochargers and NO executive meddling!" Now comes the detail:
Three people from a dimension of living machines were kidnapped by the Merchants of Matter and forced into human form, and can only access their original shapes for a few hours out of each day period. They were going to be among the first to be marketed and sold to the powers of Earth as easily hidden and transported living weapons, but this trio had other ideas and eventually made their escape. They found a new home in a remote desert town, an oasis of safety and sanity in a society that is rapidly destabilizing.
One day they are escorting a caravan of refugees to safer areas in "the sixty-six" but must contend with the drone weapons of their former captors. Each of them reverts to their original form to deal with the menace, but they are wildly different as machines. How could they possibly work together? Come and see for yourself!
