One thing I would like to suggest is using different line weights to help separate the foreground from the bg. The characters should have a heavy outline when up front, and objects in the back very light weights. It helps the reader focus on the subject so that they don't have to visually separate the objects in the panel.
re: Is my campaign worth it?
I can confirm that building a crowd on your own without the right experience or tools is not going to be easy. It's very likely not going to happen. A lot of campaign's that are successful connect with people who can get the word out. Advertising is a big part of it and also, influencers who are able to draw the views.
re: Opinions on weird format?
Yes, I was able to read it and follow the flow of your page structure. I would say that there are some people who are into one page weeklies so there would be an audience.
