IDW Comics Are Going Day-and-Date on GlobalComix Starting July 9th!

We’ve got big news: starting July 9th, new comics from IDW Publishing will be available day-and-date on GlobalComix - meaning you’ll be able to read them the same day they hit comic shops!

This is the first time that IDW’s day-and-date lineup will be available digitally on a membership like GlobalComix Gold. That means titles like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Trek, Godzilla, Sonic the Hedgehog, and more will be included with Gold, at no additional cost.

Want to pick and choose instead? You’ll also be able to grab any new IDW release as a single-book purchase the day it drops, including new titles from IDW’s acclaimed Top Shelf Productions imprint. While Top Shelf won’t be included with Gold, everything will be available to read on launch day.

Hey thanks for the news. So just to confirm, any new IDW trades from now on will not be included in the Gold membership and will be a accessible for a fee?

@RunningFleetingPrinter: Read elsewhere that Top Shelf Imprint books will be available a la carte as a single book purchases, but other IDW books will be available the day of release on the gold membership

@RunningFleetingPrinter: @samzzatw is correct. Outside of Top Shelf Productions releases, all IDW content - including day-and-date - will be available to Gold members at no additional cost.
