Milestone returns... again. Hopefully the milestone characters do stick around this time and I'd love them to have more impact on DC as a whole. Now more than ever we need Milestone and the messages its heroes carry. Man, an animated adaption of this special issue alone would say so much in today's landscape. President Luthor fighting the heroes of Dakota for control with civilians on the streets being caught in his Black Ops agents sights.
