Written in Blood is an EXTREME horror anthology that will feature different "themes" in every volume. Though the stories will vary under a wide array of subject matter, the content will most always be a bit harsher than one might be used to.
This is NOT for those who are easily offended or triggered. Read at your own risk. You've been warned...
This is the first installment of an EXTREME horror anthology that will be release periodically. Each volume will have a different "theme".
The theme of volume one is sex, violence, and betrayal.

That was a hell of a ride.
The first page turn was so brilliantly done, I was caught completely off guard and knew I had to continue reading.
This collection of stories pushed me way out of my comfort zone. Night shift was especially uncomfortable.
Rotten was strange at first, as I thought to myself, this sounds like it's being written by a kid, but then we get the reveal at the end and everything made sense.
The last story also lulled me into a strange sense of security, assuming I knew what was going on. As I was reading it, I could guess each next "twist" and assumed it was a very tired predictable plot. But I was very wrong. It felt as though the story was purposefully predictable, so it could lean into that and blow all expectations with the ending.
Besides the typos/proofreading mistakes, there isn't much I could fault this book on. Sure the content makes me worry for the sanity of the writer, but isn't that part of the point of horror like this and comics like Red Rooms? You question why someone would write this and why you would read it?
