Darcy Hart comes from a repressed, dysfunctional family, despite their wealth and high social standing. The Harts project a class of a stiff upper lip but Darcy finds comfort in the electric party scene of 1980s London. Soon he finds the dark side of living the drugs, sex, and rock n' roll lifestyle. He escapes the expectations of his parents only to find himself prisoner to the expectations of his lovers.
George has no idea how insulting what he said was. he wants what he wants sure but really dude? he gets all the love and attention he could have and wants to piss it away to do coke. people do coke to party sure but Darcy is in such a terrible position. partying is not enough. if I were him I'd be using to cope. George doesn't get how easy he has it. just because they are twins doesn't mean he can say nonsense like that to Darcy.
