While she commanded the imp into its hole, she didn't say to stay there. Apparently the collar doesn't prevent attacks without a direct command. Did it forget a previous command? Do commands reinforce themselves in memory? The way she treats it, does she even like the imp or is it seen more like property than a pet? If it survives, does Elias have an unintended pet now (it seems to like him)?
