Collar runestone save vs will, FAIL! Hmm, does the elf have any way of knowing he broke it before she sees the shattered gem (and/or his disobedience)? Can he sneak out without her noticing (will the imp make noise if he leaves)?
@AmigaDragon: The collar runes were explained earlier very nicely, I think any warning system would have to be included or added as separate rune on the collar. Every level of complexity will raise costs and difficulty so i doubt this one has it.
Maybe if that elf has a deeper connection to her own creations but then we don't know if she did this collar herself and on top of that demonic pacts for short term power come with a very high toll and loss of connection is only one of many.Â
