Luke is obsessed with the character Raiden Shogun from Genshin impact to the point that it’s unhealthy and he won’t give any real girls a chance. One day his best friend Gina tells Luke a rumor about a magical grandma that can make anything possible in reality. Luke decides to ask the magical grandma for Raiden Shogun to become real and be his wife, But things don’t go exactly as planned..
I can't really teach it, It's hard to explain how to do to someone plus i was self taught and everyone draws differently. But i can tell you what you can do to get started. First you need a program like Clipstudio or procreate. Then basically you sketch out the scene you want one each page, draw the line art, color, shade, and add speech bubbles to explain what each person is saying or add sound affects. Then you choose the size you want for each comic page and make sure your comic is vertical if you're going for a webcomic format. Other then that it's best to look at youtube videos to help or wikihow just type in "How to make a webtoon" or "Manga"

Why don't you just make your own comic? Like a fanmade one about Sonic or something if you need a idea. Plus that would cure your boredom and you could make whatever you want happen in your own comic.
Sure that's fine as long as you don't completely copy it (Which means modify the background a little like add some different things in it.) and give me credit for the reference :)
