Only one of this elite group of elves is chosen each year to receive a wand which will allow this chosen elf the ability to harness much more powerful magic. However, to earn the wand, the elves must undergo rigorous training and compete in a challenging ceremony that pushes them to their very limits to determine the winner of the wand. But, when the ceremony is compromised by an ancient evil, the fight for the wand turns into a fight for their lives!
