Two brothers, Vex and Kai Shinji, have never quite felt that they belonged where they live. With a withdrawn grandfather, shut-in mother and an absent father, the two were on the fast-track to nowhere. That is, until they meet Professor William Crayford, and discover an ancient relic that he's kept hidden away. Longing to find their father, the brothers are flung into a world that is new, yet oddly familiar. Finding a new purpose in life, they are determined to not only discover the whereabouts of their father, but also to attain the legendary artifacts that are the Immortal Stones.
