Hotaru just moved into Queens, New York when he's approached by his nextdoor neighbor, Eli. Two minutes in and he's already roped into Eli's mischievous plan. Hotaru has no clue of the chaos that Eli will bring into his life and how his curiosity about the boy will change their lives in unexpected ways.
