Tyrannogator, a superhero who fails to make the planetary protection team that protects his world, gets drafted to the military and is deployed to Atlantis to fight against a time traveling human cyborg from the future who's out to kill him. During the mission, Tyrannogator must also address his hatred for humans who were responsible for killing his mother when he teams up with William Wallace, a survivor of the Tulsa Massacre back on Earth.
