Abandoned as a child by his mother, Zephaniah seems destined to a quick death in Arcadia City. He is, fortunately, rescued by a stranger and carried away to Abishua, ruling planet for the Gedaliah Confederation. Adopted by military parents, Zephaniah is raised mostly by his nanny, Cassandra. Almost grown, he embarks on the greatest adventures of his life. The series begins with Shakyra, the girl who has lived next door to him for the past 15 years.
