The Tournament Begins

Two years after the battle with Davante, Daunte and Anthony emerge stronger than ever—Daunte wielding SSD3 and Anthony mastering Voltage Surge Stage 3. As they reunite after years of training, a mysterious man arrives in Sweden searching for them, carrying only a suitcase and a photo. While the boys (and an uninvited Tony) head to LactoseKing for food, chaos breaks out when a strange man—whose face matches a goofy tournament poster on the restaurant TV—steals Daunte’s 24 cheeseburgers. After devouring all of them, he casually reveals that he’s been looking for Daunte and Anthony to invite them to his combat tournament… one with a 260K USD prize and a pure gold trophy. Despite Anthony’s skepticism, Daunte is instantly sold. The three sign up—Tony on a burger wrapper—and rush across the massive arena complex to check in as unexpected VIPs. As they step into the elevator leading to the mysterious tournament grounds, the doors close.
