the final letter part 2

After weeks of chasing mysterious letters across Blackgrave, Ash finally uncovered the name behind the shipments: **Kramer**. But the final shipment was a trap. A monstrous Venom Guard nearly took Vulture down, cracking his mask and forcing an early upgrade to his gear. With Kramer finally exposed, the Shadow Birds thought they had their next target. They were already too late. Realizing killing Vulture wasn’t working, the Collector proposed a different strategy: bring Kramer out of the shadows and put him somewhere Vulture couldn’t easily reach. **City Hall.** Kramer agreed to run for mayor — ready to stop controlling Blackgrave from the shadows and start controlling it in plain sight.
