Versopraxis

In a world full of Superheroes the world nearly ends almost every other week, twice as often during the summer events. Despite having a world full of superpowers and super geniuses, the world still suffers from constant threats and poverty and desease. Why can't they stop basic problems despite having so much power? This world is broken, everyone can feel it but no one can quite put their finger on the core problem. A former superhero, a new kind of hero with reality warping powers and a collection of powerful friends are about to assemble and figure out what is the flaw at the core of this world causing so much pain. It's not a story condeming superheroes but one that asks if maybe the way they exist in their worlds might be misguided. A story that takes many aspects of western story telling and mythology and mixes it with manga like action and power systems.
