Chapter 5: No Man's Safe

We meet the top 5 most trusted people in Swamp's inner circle: Water 5. They now discuss the fact that Mark has found the secret prisoner Untethered and has regained his powers. With this on the table, they prepare to find Mark themselves to unlock their powers and make their own escape from the prison. However, to do this, they must insure that the other factions and prisoners do not catch wind of this information-that they might use their regained powers for mass chaos.
