In a post-apocalyptic world divided into four districts, small communities and underground societies hold sacred combat tournaments for cash, championships, and ultimate supremacy. At a martial arts dojo located in the North End District, a young student named Huey trains under his teacher, Master Roberts. As Huey advances in his training, Master Roberts sits down to share the story of how he became the very first Glory Champion. Huey is inspired by the story and feels ready to take on the Glory Tournament himself. While Master Roberts acknowledges that Huey has the heart, he insists his student must complete a series of rigorous tasks to prove his patience and discipline before competing. Confident in his journey ahead, Huey eagerly accepts the challenge.
