This story is based on Toby Fox's Undertale. In this AU, the familiar world of Undertale takes on a sinister and frightening appearance. No one remains alive. Only old, tattered dolls wandering through the Underground serve as reminders of its former inhabitants. Frisk must confront her fears and uncover what truly happened here.
Interesting. So we are seeing the same thing happen to Sans as we did Froggit. I also noticed that Papyrus had a lot more flowers on him than last time. My theory is that a monster's soul still exist inside of them somewhere and the more plant like they look the more corrupted they are. We saw no plant stuff (other than on his mask) really on him, so does that mean that Sans' soul was in control? His skeleton also looks a bit weird. His jaw a teeth don't really match what his actual skeleton looks like, so how does that work? Was his soul just moved to a doll? But why even keep his soul to begin with? Do these creatures need a soul to function? Perhaps it is DETERMINATION that is keeping their souls alive? I don't really know, but that is my theory at the moment.
