Some say canopbïr are The Fathers favorite beasts. They are both predator and prey, recycler and distributor. What stumps and interests scholars to this day is their ability to produce heat. When a canopbïr gains enough size its very breath begins to smoke like a machine. Lowlanders say it sounds like a living tempest, icy and distant no matter how far away it could be.
