The session

About 20 years ago, out of the blue, I was struck by my first panic attack. I remember it like it was yesterday. The scare was big, and after that day my life changed in many ways. My mind was full of terrible thoughts. I couldn't eat, nor drink. I couldn't live. It was like having a thousand phobias screaming in my brain. I cried for no reason and got obsessed over things that I didn't knew exist
