Hana's Worries

Hana’s story is abruptly interrupted as she realizes Haru has mysteriously disappeared once more, vanishing right under her eyes. Simultaneously, in the forest, elite ninjas Jinsuke and Jirai corner the invisible spy, using a restraining spell and swift blade work to capture him. The spy is handed over to royal soldiers, but the victory is short-lived—Hana bursts in with alarming news: Haru vanished during the storytelling session, reappearing and disappearing again in the blink of an eye. As the ninjas look on, Jinsuke senses a deeper force at play—and hints that only Haru’s father might reveal the truth behind his sudden powers... and disappearance.
