Episode 4
The Gospel According to Mark: Chapter IV
Jesus teaches by the sea using parables. In the Parable of the Sower, He explains how the Word is received: snatched by Satan, choked by worldly cares, or bearing fruit in good soil. He compares the Kingdom to a lamp, secret growth, and a mustard seed. Crossing the sea, a fierce storm strikes while Jesus sleeps. Woken by fearful disciples, He rebukes the wind and sea, saying, "Peace, be still." The calm waters leave them terrified, asking, "What manner of man is this?"
