The Split Path

Separation in the Labyrinth: Shifting stone walls inside the dark labyrinth separate Aki from Ren and Kai. While navigating the maze, Kai discovers a mysterious square block that sinks inward, revealing hidden subterranean stairs. The Forgotten Chambers: Kai descends into the freezing underground levels and uncovers an ancient, sealed hall. On the walls, he finds old carvings of a phoenix-shaped blade and a legendary figure whose history has been violently erased. The Map and the Beast: Elsewhere, Aki grows frustrated by endless dead ends until he finds a strange map fragment in the dirt. He soon reaches a round chamber and reunites with Aki (the green-clad main character), who warns him to stay completely silent as a feral, wild human creature clings to the ceiling above them. Chaos and Clashes: The creature launches a surprise attack. Aki delivers a powerful kick to the beast, while a distant voice echoes from the tunnels for help. While Aki rushes off to find Ren, the red-coated warrior stays behind to single-handedly fight and overpower the monster. The Reunion and Escape: Aki successfully locates Ren, who has only suffered a hard fall, and the two regroup with Kai. The red-coated warrior executes a decisive "Red Blast" kick to push the beast back, and the trio sprints toward the distant exit. Out into the Open: Bursting out of the towering structure into the daylight, the trio keeps running past the tree line without looking back, leaving the silent tower behind as their true journey into the wild begins.
