In the American South circa 1992, five children leave behind the last gasps of civilization and inject themselves deep into the veins and vines of an expansive forest to play a morbid game of tag. When the storm comes, only four return home. In the American South circa 2002, a strange young man finally emerges from the forest with only one thing on his mind. Is that "one thing" vengeance for the hardships he has endured over ten grueling years? Or is "it" something else?
