While exploring an old abandoned house, Catie finds something strange. A cursed VHS tape that traps their soul inside an old children's cartoon. Now living their life as a cartoon cat, will Catie be able to escape this strange place filled with allure and lies, or will they end up staying in this fantastical new world even if that means forfeiting both their memories and identity?

@tuka: I disagree it’s definitely his sketch book. I believe that if you forget your name just mainly also forgets your personality as well. For example the black cat she was more bossy and courageous but now when she didn’t remember her name she act for feline or cartoonish. I believe that is his book but he changed and now can’t be able to draw like he used to. it’s like you become artist but you got bunked in the head so hard that you forgot how to draw like you usually do.

I was thinking Emp may have already left his room for some reason(like to head to Katie's room when they went to the front door, or head to the boarded up door or smth) or if Emp blocked his door from the inside and has a window to climb out of. Emp could also simply be asleep, the walls soundproof, or Emp being suspicious about opening the door.
Not sure how this comes into play, but Skynix also made Katie the "ninth child" to arrive (supposedly), like the nine lives of a cat. Also, what do we all currently think about Empathetic Elephants behaviour in Chapter 3? What was he doing?

Like imagination creates things here like how in some cartoons you imagine it and it happens, because od-dog was so creative it created the nightmares and to balance things before they went out of hand mother was created automatically as a clean up. I would once again say that the other option is that the other two children are the ones behind the barrivaded door, that mother was watching as punishment for smth, but since mother does not want them to die, she guards the door. There is also the short showing both of the characters though, so either they are being let out soon by mother to be introduced or Emp is breaking them out right now(which would not explain mother being fine with them being out in the arm wrestle short on Skynix channel, but that could also not be canon...? otherwise, this theory is wrong.)
@Unknown-parable: I think you mean asocial like being an introvert(unless I missed some context), because antisocial refers to a person who refuses to follow social norms and may be violent or aggressive at times, or depressed. The shark could be both antisocial or asocial, until we see their character officially.
@Kevyn1684:Â Â it could be that he was an arts kid and when he was dying he did art to keep his head off it, and for his Anatomy maybe his dad or mom helped him with it, and you can lose some brain activity when you are dying (Last thing to go is hearing) so maybe when he was dying his hand got shecky so he had to draw like a 7 year old kid, and he maybe drew the one with mother when the others got there

its like oddogs mind reverted back to a mind of a child which tell's me that the longer they stay there the more they lose their true selves unless they have something to jog there memories of who they once where.
in this case the characters are trapped in the bodies of young animals and the only ones who remember who they where formerly is catie and Empathetic elephant whos name we don't know yet

@Nytreon: what if mother is meant to be some type of balance "nightmare". Like imagination creates things here like how in some cartoons you imagine it and it happens, because od-dog was so creative it created the nightmares and to balance things before they went out of hand mother was created automatically as a clean up. Like when the writers have to add a new character to counter one character they made too op but more than likely I'm completely wrong

Big thing! OD-DOG’s sketch book has good drawings and bad drawings, but there’s a name crossed out! Those good drawings weren’t OD-DOG’s. It was somebody else’s.

@Comixgalore: and there’s blood on the sketch book. Theory: the sketch books owner got killed by a nightmare and he/she dropped sketchbook. OD-DOG found body and took sketch book to remember his friend.

I would once again say that the other option is that the other two children are the ones behind the barrivaded door, that mother was watching as punishment for smth, but since mother does not want them to die, she guards the door. There is also the short showing both of the characters though, so either they are being let out soon by mother to be introduced or Emp is breaking them out right now(which would not explain mother being fine with them being out in the arm wrestle short on Skynix channel, but that could also not be canon...? otherwise, this theory is wrong.)

@Unknown-parable: I think you mean asocial like being an introvert(unless I missed some context), because antisocial refers to a person who refuses to follow social norms and may be violent or aggressive at times, or depressed. The shark could be both antisocial or asocial, until we see their character officially.

@Kevyn1684:Â Â it could be that he was an arts kid and when he was dying he did art to keep his head off it, and for his Anatomy maybe his dad or mom helped him with it, and you can lose some brain activity when you are dying (Last thing to go is hearing) so maybe when he was dying his hand got shecky so he had to draw like a 7 year old kid, and he maybe drew the one with mother when the others got there

its like oddogs mind reverted back to a mind of a child which tell's me that the longer they stay there the more they lose their true selves unless they have something to jog there memories of who they once where.
in this case the characters are trapped in the bodies of young animals and the only ones who remember who they where formerly is catie and Empathetic elephant whos name we don't know yet
