Three children follow an old radio’s question straight into 1967 — into a Biafran bunker where engineers built the impossible out of scrap metal and imagination. Chi, Zahra and Kofi don’t come back with a souvenir. They come back with a blueprint. The Art of Becoming is an African comic series about ordinary children who decide to make something and don’t stop when it gets hard—no chosen ones. No powers. Just the older, harder idea that everything standing was imagined by somebody first. Every issue after issue one is twelve pages, full color, and ends with a page of real African history — sourced and checked. The story is invented. The ground it stands on is not. Ages nine and up.
