When Teny reaches Lowline Crossing, he discovers a new and dangerous creature targeting the tram tracks. This time, the threat isn't just attacking humans; it's gradually slowing down the entire area by absorbing the surrounding kinetic energy. To save the approaching tram and the panicked people, Teny briefly freezes time. However, when he attacks the creature with electricity, something unexpected happens: the electricity accelerates it even more. Teny changes his strategy and decides to limit the creature's movement instead of empowering it. Using his Seven Slip ability to undo critical moments, Teny uses his ice power to immobilize the creature's movements. He then chases it along the tram tracks, catching it and completely neutralizing it by combining ice and energy bonds. By morning, Lowline Crossing is back to normal operation. However, a mysterious mark left on the ground catches Teny's attention.
