In a world where humans and aliens coexist, it is the year 2100 where we follow 20 year old Leroy Tanaka who's life drastically changes after nearly being killed in an explosive terrorist attack initiated by a man named "Vengeance", Leroy is given a new arm and powers and vows revenge on Vengeance for nearly killing him but killing the ones he loved.
